Copyright Policy
Due to copyright restrictions, the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation is unable to supply high resolution images to the public or allow our photos to be reproduced in any way. While our photographers hold intellectual; property rights over those images, other copyright stake holders include the Board of the Botanic Gardens of Adelaide, artist and other cultural institutions in the photographs, and the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation.
Terms of Use
All users of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation’s website do so with an understanding and acceptance of the following conditions:
1. All information provided on this site is done so in good faith and the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation has taken all reasonable measures to ensure the information contained herein is accurate and current.
2. No liability is accepted for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained on this site.
3. By logging on, you will be deemed ot have released and discharged the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation from all liability which might arise.
4. By logging on, you will be assuming all risks associated with use of the site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation site by your access to it.

The Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation website provides links to other third party websites for your convenience and informational purposes only, and not for purposes of making any endorsement or recommendation thereof. Ticketing Policy
Tickets to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation events are sold by the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation and third parties including corporate partners, community groups and ticketing agents. Tickets purchased through third parties ae subject to the terms and conditions outlined by those parties which may differ from those summarised below. Attendees must also abide by the terms and conditions of the venue in which the event is held. The Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation adopts the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia, available here.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation’s events are non-refundable except in the case of a cancelled performance. Tickets that cannot be used may be donated back to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation and a tax receipt will be issued for the value of the ticket price. This can be claimed as a charitable donation. Tickets for donation must be returned to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation a minimum of five (5) working days prior to the ticketed event.
Ticket Postage
All tickets are posted via standard post. Registered or Express Post may be requested by customers for an additional charge.
Merchandise Policy
Merchandise Sales
Merchandise purchased through the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation’s WebShop may be exchanged if an item is found to be faulty upon delivery or if the customer doesn’t receive what was ordered, provided goods are exchanged with 21 days of delivery and in the original condition and packaging. The Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation should be notified as soon as possible if items are damaged in transit or in event of undelivered items.
Items of clothing my be returned within twenty one (21) days of receipt for exchange to a different size. Clothing must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Additional postage and handling charges for clothing exchange are payable by the customer.
Exchanges and refunds are not permissible due to a change of mind.
All merchandise items are mailed via Australia Post, at the customer’s own risk. Express or Registered post is available upon request and additional charges for these services will be payable by the customer. Any delivery times made known to the customer are estimates only. The Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation is not liable for any late delivery and is not liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the customer or any other persons arising from late delivery.
