Jan Angas
Jan Angas has resided in the Barossa for the last 30 years running a family mixed farm with husband John. Food growing has been part of this enterprise with a philosophy of natural balance.
Keeping diversity of species and healthy growing conditions have long been her mantra in leading the charge for regional food and health benefits of eating good produce.
Currently Chair of Chairs for Regional Food Groups of South Australia along with Chair of Food Barossa, Jan brings her passion for sustainable agriculture to the city, alongside collaborative and business skills that are needed to build great outcomes for community collectives.
