The Garden of Health
Some of civilisation's oldest gardens were devoted to healing through plants. The Adelaide Botanic Garden's new Western Entrance will contain an exciting 21st century interpretation, the Garden of Health, highlighting the central role plants play in modern-day medicine and our well-being.
The Foundation is seeking contributions to build an Endowment Fund for the long-term benefit of the Gardens. You can help secure the state's rich botanical heritage while supporting crucial scientific, conservation and education programs.
More people are returning to the simple pleasures of growing their own food. Our new Kitchen Garden will reconnect visitors, particularly children, with the natural world while supporting the development of similar gardens in homes and schools across the state.
